making a difference

Our Ranches Project

The World Community Foundation, in collaboration with the Dower Ranch, will be building several horse ranches in Wyoming for inner-city kids to provide therapeutic, structured, and residential environments to help at-risk youth through agricultural work, mentoring, and outdoor activities.

These ranches will enable children to learn about horses and how to take care of them. Caring for horses offers children significant developmental benefits, including increased responsibility, empathy, and physical fitness while reducing stress. Daily tasks like grooming and feeding build discipline, patience, and confidence. It also fosters emotional bonds, improves social skills, and provides a healthy, screen-free outdoor activity.

The Road to Healing
and Self Respect

Our ranches project in Wyoming will help inner-city youth break free from their environment and create a safe space for them to develop. They have the right to live quality lives where they can develop and learn to contribute and be happy. You can help!
